anyone else enjoy second hand stores

  • I don't know what it is about this places, but I am a frequent visitor of them. I will always stop at a goodwill if I am driving by or any similar store. It's really not about the money for me. I can go buy new ish if I wants to. I find it fun just to see what's in there. Who didn't want something and why. I rarely buy anything, as I really enjoy they browsing aspect of it.

    If anyone is in the des Moines area, check out a place called collectamania. Holy crap is this place awesome. It's basically one gigantic indoor flea market. You can spend hours in this place

    So who else out there enjoys these type of places

  • Yep that's where I find the deals on my NASCAR shirts. ( kidding) I actually like flea markets and antique stores.

  • I always hated going to them. It just feels weird knowing everything there was used before you.

  • antique stores and some second hand store are kind of neat, but going into Goodwill kind of saddens me. I'm in there to find a funny outfit to get drunk in at a theme party, and someone is in there trying to clothe their kids. Makes me realize how lucky I am.
