Men and women share a majority of their traits. The presence of nipples on women has proven beneficiary to humans, so essentially they haven't been selected against in the course of evolution. We all start out developing as females, until males genes turn on and direct development that way.

here's something that's kind of neat. This is the homologous regions of the female and male naughty bits. yes, that's a pic of my anatomy book.
@fish or TW-you can remove if this is inappropriate, but they're just drawings.
