By the way. I tried to download that KMFDM video last night. Then I was so stupid as to get into a p match with the mentally challenged husker and it ruined my limited bandwidth.
I will give it a go again tonight and let you know what I think. I really like that The Demonstration tune though.

It can take a while for whatever reason. I've passed it along to the necessary boss dudes so the ball is in their court now.
