I turned on the heat. Supposed to be 50 tonight.

In the summer, I keep the thermostat set at about 74. In the winter, I don't turn the heat on, but if I needed to (like I did when I lived in Iowa), I would keep it at about 62.

We have a Nest thermostat which automatically adjusts the temp when we aren't home (60 in the winter, 80 in the summer). When we're home, it's at 70 and at night it's at 68. We keep it like that year round. I'd eventually like to install dual zone for the upstairs.

I like to sleep with the room cold, 60-67ish would be my guess. We have a finished basement that walks out into the back yard, so 2/3rds of the bottom floor is underground and well insulated. If the upstairs is 69 degrees then my room is 63 or so.
Also I have always loved to drive around when it's cold, windows down and heater on full blast while naked! Kidding about the naked part but being cold while hot air blows on you felt good.
When I lived in Texas I once turned the air conditioner all the way down so I could light the fire place. I know that sounds wierd but I had just moved and finaly gotten a fire place and I wanted to use it.
