I would probably be fine with my kids living at home as adults but not after they are married. I don't even like having people that are not ( mine ) to stay over night. And supporting somebody else's problem isn't my style at all. I wouldn't let them be homeless or anything but I wouldn't like it and they would know it wouldn't be for more than a few months. You are lucky he has the parents he does. I'm a mean mom I spent my 20's raising kids I'm not going to have them still here in my late 40s and 50s too.

Well..he's not quite employed. He's working as an independent contractor, so it's going very slow. And going to meetings to recruit patients all around the area, just marketing hasn't been working. So he's working on that stuff, but obviously not getting paid unless he brings patients in. Which is hard to deal with at times. Some income is needed though, regardless of where and what.
I told him he could work it on 8 mile.
