I'd say rotten 'soaking in the sun' dead animal. Nothing is worse than when you have a dog that finds a dead carcass and rolls in it like its the best perfume/cologne and comes back to you like he thinks your going to love it...... stupid dog, I beat him every time but he just doesnt learn not to roll in the stinkiest dead animal he can find.

The smell of a cadaver lab will never leave my brain. Melena (bloody, tarry stool caused by intestinal bleeding) is bad.

And shower farts after a night of drinking Beer 30 Light. Drank that 1 time (someone else bought it). Never again.
