Walking Dead RETURNS TONIGHT

  • My favorite cable show is on tonight. Is Randall going to live and if so then what drama is he going to bring. Everyone in the group has their story or drama. Also when is Merl going to come back? If he does I think his brother will end up killing him.

I think it's scenario number 1, I think they get overrun on the farm. I think Hershel will actually end up dead along with Shane, probably Dale, and one of the women almost has to die whether it's Sophie's mom or Andrea.

Please tell me "Governor" is NOT in reference to the Governator. That very possibly could ruin the show.

The Governor is a character from the comic, upon which the show is loosely (they haven't been bound by the comics at all in character development and story line) based.

Or kill the only black guy, sorry forgot his name, due to what happen last time they saw each other.

You had me worried a little Brommy! And yeah I know it's supposed to be based loosely off the graphic novel, part of why it's even more of an interesting series because it isn't the same.

As far as Merl goes, I've been waiting for him to come back into the series all season, with what happened in season 1 where he escaped and stole that truck, he's got to make another appearance at some point, alive or dead.

  • Just watched last weeks show. Shane and Andrea really bug me, but I thought it was good how Andrea stuck it to Lori a bit. I like Dale and hope he isn't killed off.

  • I really feel like Shane has influence Carl in a bad way.

  • I was tired of the voice of reason but I'm very unsure that I didn't want him gone. And I think they leave the farm soon

Yeah I think Herschel doesn't let them stay in the house for winter so they seek out shelter.

  • I'm very surprised neither Rick or his wife has really mentioned anything about Carl's behavior recently, and I would have to agree that Shane is definitely a major influence on what's going on with Carl. The stupidest thing to me and what really makes me mad though is why the hell isn't there ALWAYS with Carl, whether it's keeping him from wandering into the woods or keeping him from the area's where they've been holding Randall and where they were going to execute them. I also don't like that they're not even seeing what this kid knows, whether you're in a zombie apocalypse or just dealing with everyday issues, information/knowledge is power, the more you know the less likely something bad is going to happen. For all they know, this kid could actually know some very useful stuff, including scouting reports for the area.

Now the issue here is that with Dale now dead, this is going to have a significant impact on Shane. Dale was basically the only one who's really stood up against Shane throughout the entire process, this is either going to bring Shane back down from his testosterone high (less likely), or this is going to unleash the real Shane (more likely).

  • I think the group of 30 is going to come after them. They all will have to grab their bug out bags and get out of Dodge. Now that Dale is dead, Herschel will probably take over the morality leadership of the group.

    AzHawk88

  • Well damn. Just watched last weeks episode. I'm bummed they killed Dale off, I really liked him.

  • GUYS. Guys. I figured out whats so off about the show. They are all still so scared of the zombies. How many months has it been since the outbreak? Theres no character that seems to have said screw it I'm going to town on these zombies and runs at them with a bat. All of them are just waiting around to die. Early on the meth brothers brought this element but they've either abandoned or ignored it. They need the Tyreese character who walks into a gym full of zombies and kills them all with a goddamn hammer. Someone who is pissed. Someone who isn't a victim.

    Thats whats missing.

Edit: Hawkifish- Watch the language please.

    You've just been Mad-fishingerd.

Also, not really sure what you're talking about here. This show is supposed to be realistic and unless someone has a death wish, no one's going to run at a group of zombies with a hammer. It just doesn't make sense. I don't know if this is just a joke from you or if you really just don't care and want to see pure stupidity combined with a lot of blood and gore, either way this is the type of thing that can seriously ruin zombie movies/shows.

  • Sorry about the language. I had a little too much this morning.

Tyreese was a character from the graphic novel. And when the gym scene happened he kind of did have a death wish. His weapon of choice was the hammer. It seemed in the books each character kind of had their own weapon of choice either it was the first thing they grabbed when the outbreak happened or they arrived at their choice after many uses and their weapon tells a story about either what happened to them or about them as a person but that's not what I was getting at.

My point is that they are all acting like victims. Maybe that's what Michonne's character will bring. Chick uses a samurai sword and in the comic walked around with 2 chained zombies (cut off arms and jaw).

I think in some ways Darryl fits that bill.

Me personally would be the type that avoids them. And I do like how the series is realistic in that fact cause lets face it most people don't wanna hunt something that can hunt them back. BUT you are right. There are lion hunters, there are people that hunt bears with nothing but a knife and I think it could be sweet if they'd pick up a zombie hunter that kills for the thrill. Someone like a Ben Lily for the good guys.

Agreed. I thought we were moving on to greener pastures but than that ending screams they are in trouble....

I guess if you die regular now, you come back as a zombie

I was literally seconds from posting that Rick needs to die just for refusing to kill Shane, and BOOM world turned upside-down! I can't believe how awesome this episode turned out!

The virus has turned airborne, it's not strong enough to kill living people, so it has to lay dormant before turning people now.

  • Wow that ending was intense. So the virus is airborne for sure? I was confused as to how the officers at the prison Shane and Rick went to were dead but not bitten, then the same happened to Randall and Shane.

  • Next weekend is season finale. Who else is going to die? We've lost Dale and now Shane. For the finale we going to have more unlimited ammo, mass zombie killings. gun
