  • LeBron is absolutely killin it right now. Just imagine what he could do if he had any talent...since he sucks and all. Heat v thunder will be a classic NBA Finals.

I don't think anyone has ever said that he sucks. Simply that he's not a very good leader, and doesn't show up in the 4th quarters of Finals games. Which is mostly true.

Who said he wasn't talented? The Decision and their cocky celebrating championships before a game was played is what upset me and is why I cheer against them. I have a feeling I'm not alone in this.

I was just joking, but I have heard many irrational people say just that. LeBron averages 31.4 points per game in 9 elimination game, which is the highest in NBA history, above MJ and Wilt. I think he is on his way to proving that he can be the leader in crunchtime, as tonight he did just that in hostile territory. In my estimation, James has had 4 absolutely pathetic playoff games. 2 against Boston in 2010 and 2 against Dallas last year. He did not play up to his potential, and did not lead his team in those games, and until he wins a championship, that's what he will be known by to a lot of people.

If they get by Boston on Saturday, the series against the the Thunder will be some very entertaining basketball. Someone, anyone besides James, wade and a not quite healed bosh will need to step up though. Tonight was the 2nd game in a row where only James and wade scored in double figures, and against a team like the Thunder who have an abundance of talent, that just won't cut it.

I know I am in the minority here, but I love watching James play basketball. I don't care what kind of person he is off the court because I don't know the man personally and his life off the court shouldn't effect so many people like it has. He has a skillset that is truly amazing, and if he can learn to play the final 12 minutes like he plays the first 36minutes in the playoffs, he will end up being a truly special player. I don't know if he will ever be that player consistently, but tonight was a good start.

  • Boston isn't that good really. No way they should even be going to a game 7. I don't know why you think Heat vs Thunder will be good Jungles? It looks like The Thunder will roll them.

Not to nitpick but tonight is kind of a "fools gold" sort of game. Not in that it wasn't important, it absolutely was, it kept them from being eliminated. His performance tonight was amazing. However, he had some HUUGE performances against Boston last year too, and EVERYONE was talking about Lebron getting over that hump and was now ready to leave his team to the finals. Then the finals came around, and I don't care what his stats were per GAME, because he puts up big time stats in every game. I care about his stats in the 4th quarter, of close games in the NBA Finals. And I believe he was around 2 or 3 points for that. Like you said, he has to win something in order for some critics to believe in him, and I am definitely in that group.

I agree, Boston isn't that good, but Rondo is incredible andh is play along with Garnett have made them pretty tough. Not having Bosh really hurt the Heat, there is no denyin gthat. If he didn't get injured, this series would have been over in 5. If Bosh is able to go 30 minutes a game and provide some inside toughness, I think it will be a great series. If not, James and wade will have to have 4 of their best games ever to accomplish it. I love seeing extraordinary players play this game, and these two teams will provide that.
