Either way it's not like they are that far behind. And they have been playing better lately.

How do they have arguably the best defensive player over the last few years, and they suck so bad on defense? They do suck on defense, I can't even try and to argue against that. But they can overcome it and sneak in the playoffs. I wouldn't be that shocked.

You guys have Kobe and Artest too. I know they are older. But those are 2 of the better defenders over the last 10 years. I always thought Kobe was overrated defensively but everyone sure gave him a lot of credit for his defense. Seems like they shouldn't be that bad even if Howard is still hurt.

Just goes to show that you can have good defensive players, but if you don't practice defense, you won't be good. Dantoni is known for not practicing defense at his practices. He's a horrendous coach for this team, and an incredibly overrated head coach. Once they picked him over Phil, the entire season went down the toilet IMO.

What's everyones plans for the weekend? I'm headin to my pop's house a couple hours away tomorrow morning. Gonna spend the weekend there. Haven't seen his new house yet, and he's been there for almost 6 months. He's taking me to some steakhouse tomorrow night in Des Moines or Ames that is suppose to have some amazing steaks. I'm lookin forward to it. My dads a whiskey drinker, so I'm sure we'll be enjoying some Makers Mark with those steaks.
