  • Checking out too many other girls on Halloween. However, I quickly learned how to avoid ever getting caught doing that again.

  • Getting a turtle, getting a rabbit then getting her a boyfriend so she could have babies, fostering a dog and then whining for years after that dog got a home that I needed my own dog. Getting too drunk at my wedding reception. Lots of stuff.

  • Closing the window shades in myn living room at night so people across the street can not see directly into the living room and dining room of my former house. It's a long and stupid story.

You got it js. Before the divorce all it took was me walking into the room and the fight was on. MUCH happier now. Not much energy left. Spent the last 45 Min on the phone with daughter in Hollywood. Great chat. Love that kid.

  • Alright.......gonna come clean, right here and now.

The little woman gets a bit peeved when she sees me
Getting my ire up at Drivers from Illinois on I-80, who drive like there is no speed limit in Iowa.
I'm going to suggest to Governor Gronstal that we
double the fine$ on i-80 for Ill-Whini driver's in Iowa.
Follow the d*** law or you pay dearly.

Yeah the ex-wife is a whole other story. She just gets pissed at me when I'm not forking over as much money as she thinks I should give her, whenever she wants it. In fact she actually posted on her facebook "The money tree out back has died" after one time when I refused to give her money for something frivolous.
The g/f is usually pissed when she feels I don't spend enough time with her. That's her biggest problem. Then she goes into a pity party and starts blaming me for all that's wrong in her life whether I had anything to do with it or not. That usually just pisses me off and I spend less time with her as a result and it starts this whole vicious circle thing.

js, we need to have a beer one day and compare notes on ex-wifes and gf's. Generally life with my gf right now is pretty cool. Every time I talk with my daughter and/or son I thank GOD I am their other parent. They've both got my sense of humor, political leanings, my lack of religiosity, my tendency to find little in this world as sacred, myh fury when I find myself fighting for the underdog and my ability to find satire, puns, jokes, irony, slap stick, sex, bad language and a whole slough of other things funny. my legacy is ensured. Although my ex-wife has 5 sisters and one brother (who has never had a girlfriend or boyfriend as far as anyone is aware), all the sisters are man haters and are unable to maintain a relationship with a male partner. One has recently come out as a lesbian but has so far failed at that kind of relationship also. Has always been prone to being physically abusive to her male partners (needless to say one of the character traits of my ex-wife) and has exhibited some of the same with her recent female partners.

  • Has anybody ever got guilt tripped for something that you did in your significant others dreams? That was a weird day

Froggy, I would love to sit down and have a beer with ya. But I'm easily offended by bad language and sexual humor. sarcasm

Yeah. Once or twice. I don't think she was really mad, but it becomes either "would he really do that?" or "I can see doing that"

I've been fortunate in that I've never experienced that. If I was to get blamed for something in a dream, my natural response would be, censored it...if I'm going to get blamed for it I might as well do it and get some fun out of it. shrug
But I guess that attitude has contributed to my rep as the King of failed relationships. lol

  • this is a long list...but hers is longer

she wanted to sell one of the horses and she was peeved the market was terrible - i put some reindeer antlers on one of them ( the kind people get at a store) She found them and wasn't too happy considering that our neighbor is a psycho deer hunter...i thought it was funny

she is never happy when i eat 15 bean and ham soup at lunch...I mean that night I can out perform any pipe organ in Iowa - even when I sleep!

when i put a rubber rat in the microwave...

when i put a rubber snake in the shower curtain

when i drive her vehicle and change all the stations from country to rock n roll and metal stations
