good looking dog, mine absolutely hates baths, he spazzes out until he 100% dry after getting out, because in his mind the towel does not dry him off well enough

i went into work at the new place yesterday and the thing that I was wary of when i was considering this job happened. went in and were told that this coming weekend was mandatory and we were on 10 hour days until further notice.
i hate my life.

I had yesterday off but went back in to work this morning. Office was dead. I counted about 5 people(usually around 40) and none of them were managers. This guys sent out a few emails, made a couple calls, and rolled out. Probably do the same tomorrow. I can't imagine people will take the entire week off just to come back for 1 day, only to have more time off next week.

Well since i started last week, and haven't accrued paid leave/holiday pay monday and tuesday were unpaid, so this will just mean that i am getting hour in. If sunday is the beginning of the work week (i have to find that out) then i should have some OT for next week although they are closed down from 2nd shift on new years eve and opens back up 2 nd shift on new years day, so i have monday off (unless that changes)

I have been off since Dec 12th...back to work Jan 8th. Just got back from Nigeria (friends place) and went to South Africa and camped out at the KwaZulu Natal Park. Might head to Emerald Islands for New Years.
For animals, the entire universe has been neatly divided into things to (a) mate with (b) eat (c) run away from (d) rocks
