I think it just means no one can put in a bracket after the 2nd round starts on saturday. It won't make a difference if you get your bracket in by wednesday night. And I don't think anyone will pull out anyway, considering it's just for fun and no money is on the line.

So you can submit your bracket after the entire first round has been played? That's weird and really dumb. I'm not happy about that. I hate you, Wolf.
