I don't get 3 and 4? If you look at the actual small version of it, it just looks like a blob. I mean you can't tell it's a hawk at all in the background. Unless I'm just really blind?

It's simple but I like it. I think it looks good. I do wish a symbol or something could have been put on like Wolf is doing. I think the hawk is nice I just don't see it showing up in the background like pic 3, 4, and 5. But maybe that is just me? It's hard because the size can't be that big. So you are really limited.

It would almost be better I think if you do a symbol to just do that symbol. And not include any words or letters. I think it's hard to combine the 2 with the limited size. I don't know if anyone here could do just like a nice pic badge? Like the drinking one from the blue board I have seen. Or the Nintendo controller one.
