If they're over 1MB, I just post the url in the body. People have to click on the link to see them, but its about the best way to do it.
I'm really hoping the gif issue is fixed this summer like they said.

Soooo my next question is how the f do you know if a gif is over 1MB? What the heck is a MB anyway?
