She SO much approves and expresses her gratitude to all of you.
If you she a new member by the name of "BBR's Daughter' or 'BBR2" or something, that will be her. She's a BIG fan of VOTH now.
It was SO good to see her laugh for a half hour while she read the thread. It was SO good for her to laugh.

Update: I will also be filing a restraining order on Monday for Dalton, Shauna Schmidt and Dalton's black half brother 'Oops' (or WETF his name is). When I visit the City Prosecutor on Tuesday I will also apply for a 'Protection Order' - which would effectively prevent him from going to Ralston High School and graduating from there.

I picked up the police report, an arrest warrant application for her, a domesitic violence protection order application for him and a protection order application for her. I'll probably complete them tomorrow when my daughter is here and go back to the courthouse on Wednesday.
It is quite possible the domestic violence protection order would not permit him to go to the same school as my daughter. Therefore, he could not graduate from the HS he has attended from K to 11 1/2.
I still want to turn the kid's face into pancake batter.

Her foot is still in a boot from her ankle surgery. She's getting over the flu. Her lip is okay. Her eye is still a little swollen and very black.
She refuses to wear makeup to cover up her black eye. I think she wants everybody in school to know what happened. I'm all okay with that.
I think Dalton Cunningham. is starting to feel some heat. The high school police officer had a word with him today. He knows an investigation is underway, and charges and protection order are likely to be filed.

This morning a judge approved the protection orders against Dalton Cunningham and Shauna Schmidt. The orders won't go into effect until the Sherrif's office serves them notice. They will then have 5 days to contest the order.
As soon as Dalton is served I will make sure his probation officer knows there is a protection order against him.
I have a feeling Dalton will contest the order as one of the addresses I listed that he cannot go to is his (and my daughter's) high school.
The city prosecutor will decide by February 9th if assault charges will be filed against Shauna Schmidt. If the city issues an arrest warrant I'll make sure Dalton's probation officer knows his GF has an arrest warrant outstanding. I believe he is not permitted to associate with anyone that has an outstanding arrest warrant.

Today I called the Sherrif's office about serving the protection orders and found out that they were served yesterday afternoon!! The orders are in effect!
I called the high school cop to let him know the protection order has been served. He is not allowed to go to their high school.
I called his probation officer and spoke with his supervisor and let him know that Dalton Cunningham had a protection order against him. His reply: "I'll make sure Dalton's probation officer knows. Call me if you ever have a problem or concern."
Beating the crap out of him would have been swell, but I'm kinda diggin' this too.
