I read an article the other day that said something to the effect that if you eat a breakfast sandwich from a fast food place, a few hours later your arteries can't expand and because of that you have much worse circulation in your arms and legs. Kind of scared me a little bit. I mean I don't eat breakfast anyway, but still.

Yeah I read something on Yahoo about it too the other day. If basically said if you eat fast food breakfast your gonna die an early death. I try so damn hard to eat breakfast but its tough due to my snooze button. I love McDonalds breakfast. About once a week the boss man brings in a bag of breakfast burritos for the crew but the really great days is when he brings in Hardees breakfast. Its the real deal. Bonus cause get to drop a deuce on the clock an hour later. Winning.

I've only been to hardees once. I was like seven and I sneezed I've always sneezed like a 200 pound man. An old man had a heart attack. He was way old and I'm sure it was just a coincidence but I can't go back. I couldn't eat after watching all of that so I've never had the Hardees.

This thread has inspired me to go to McD's right now. BTW this is the first time I have posted in about ten months.

Only eat fast-food breakfast when on the road or in an emergency. I usually eat cereal with skim milk and some yogurt, or something comparable.
