I think I've seen it a few times, you can pretty much sum up every episode like this: idiot American citizen goes to another country, for one stupid reason or another the idiot tries to smuggle drugs back into the U.S., idiot gets caught and sent to jail, idiot manages to somehow get released and is brought back to America for a tearful reunion with family.

Not all of them have been released, some have still been in prison while they were interviewed. I think it's a damn good show. It's not all American people, there's a lot of different European people as well. I'd suggest you watch an episode or 2 Perk, it's a pretty good show. Also, Duck Dynasty on A&E
