I know I'm not Wolf, but you must have changed something in your diet. Either that or your nervous. I used to wake up to diarreha then have a solid one after lunch forever. I've eliminated the morning one by just making sure I dont have anything to eat after dinner.

I havent had a 100% solid poo in years... this is like liquid though... I have no idea what I did... I need free medical advice from the VOTHOT resident doctor...

Hell no. Why do you think were here? To help. I remember I started on an anxiety med a couple of years ago and I swear I dumped 8x that morning, no joke. All liquid of course.

Nope. I drink alcohol about 3x-4x a week though...

I get pretty hammered 2-3 times a week and have just a few beers 1 more night on average probably...

Decreased absorption in the intestines has many causes. Any change in diet lately? Diet foods or anything?

Food poisoning (any nausea/vomiting?), infections (any recent antibiotics?), inflammatory bowel diseases (chron's and ulcerative colitis are autoimmune, though) are other possibilities.

Not married. No kids. Get pretty drunk Friday and Saturday for sure... have some more beers through the week... somtimes things escalate quickly... yes, I am 29. No big deal.

any other cold or flu-like symptoms? blood or mucous in the stool?

Perhaps take a single immodium AD and see if that helps slow things down.

Or try going for a run. The running will help inhibit digestion and slow things down.
