    Dew it, I might be able to get there around 12-1 depending on what my schedule is looking like. I'm coming because a couple relatives are having a pizza party for my mom's birthday so I can presumably come before then.

    Der-I'm supposed to work 2-about 7 on Sat then going to an Iowa Wine festival in Adel until 9 or 10. Maybe lunch at High Life/El Bait Shop or a really late beer?

    Lunch at El Bait Shop it is, I like my brothers beer. What time are you thinking about, bear in mind that I don't know my way around DSM very well.

  • 11:30-noon, as I have to be in urbandale a little after 2 for work (/dismissive wanking motion) and don't want to have to rush it too much. Where are you going to be in DSM? El Bait is pretty easy to get to. Or we can meet up somewhere easy and I'll drive.

  • I see my DSM cousins very few times and I have never driven there by myself, I'm taking my care this time to grab a beer or two. My phone should be able to get me there, just have to make sure I remember to get up earlier than normal.

    He changed your hours after midnight, 2 days before you work? That's cold.

    I don't know if that's going to work as well since I have my mom's pizza party. I have a feeling since my grandma is coming, we may be eating around 5 or something. I'd be fine afterwards for a few, but that doesn't sound like it works for you since I wasn't planning on staying in town too late.

  • well, it was only 11pm upset. I'll check with my wife to see what she wants to do that night. Originally we were doing the I Cubs game, but when I was supposed to work til almost 7 (game starts at 7:05) so we were going to that wine thing afterwards, Now she may want to go to the game, which is usually over about 10 or so. No idea how late you were planning on staying.

    Let me know where your pizza thing is and what time. I could try to meet ya there between 4 and whenever your party starts for a couple.

  • Your guess is as good as mine right now for where the thing is. I probably won't know until I get there.

    I wasn't really planning on staying until 10-11pm since I'm coming back to Iowa City the same night. I'll probably be in town until 8-9 at the latest, but I don't exactly live by a schedule either, so it might be possible that I'm in town, I'll pm my cell. Shoot me a text tomorrow and I'll try to figure out more.
