My job has days where there is very little if any stress, but that can change and go from 0 to a 10 in a matter of seconds. There is also times of prolonged high stress during my busy times. But all in all it's pretty much what I signed up for, so I am used to it. I try not to make value judgements on other peoples jobs, because you never really know until you're in their shoes. My guess though would be that if anybody had it easy it would be med students in Des Moines.
