Not really. Its north of DT on North Lamar. According to Google it is 6.8 miles. Cab it. Perk might know better ones...

I'm kind of out of the loop as far as strip clubs. There's nothing real close to downtown that I'm aware of. Sugars Cabaret is probably the same distance as the yellow rose. (6 or 7 miles) It's a good one. There's one on Ben White called Palazio that's probably 4 or 5 miles, but I've never been there.
You don't need to worry about a cab. I'll give you a ride.

I feel awful today...omg my head is pounding but i gotta be in at 8am. Sugars cabaret was a pretty good time last night. Thanks for the tip perk. I thought for sure the C or D squad would be out last night since it was just wed night but there was some hot ones. Got 3 privates from Eva but that was it. I plan on hitting harder tonight or friday. I tried to snap pic of eva but i thought if i get caught i was more than likely gonna take a beating. I'll see what i can do tmrw or fri.

Just a quick update if you guys care but went back to sugars again last night and got the boot...I've never asked a chick for anything more than just a private before but I was so clobbered last night I asked for other favors and she told the bouncer and they threw me out...I feel worse than yesterday. I dont think I will be going out tonight. Luv this town, Austin is a great city

Thanks for the offer, but its a bit of a drive (~2.5-3hrs) for me. I live in Houston.

If I were you, I'd head straight west on 4th and hit the warehouse district for happy hour. It's only 4 or 5 blocks from you, so just walk. You can hit up Fado and sit on the patio or Speakeasy and sit on the rooftop. Speakeasy might not open til later, though. There are a bunch of options over there.
You guys could walk up to 6th after that if you want to get some dinner and bar hop. Iron Cactus on 6th is good with rooftop seating to enjoy the weather. If you want a great burger Casino El Camino on 6th is top notch, but it's a little dive bar and gets packed for dinner. Besides that, just hop around on 6th and stumble into whatever looks appealing. There's no lack of bars, as you probably already know.
I might come join you guys. I got nothing going on.
