Romo is better. He makes plays Eli would never be able to make. Eli has had been fortunate to have one hell of a defense with him. That has made him look better than he actually is. Romo is completely opposite. His defense is terrible, he still carries his team every year to making the playoffs or nearly making the playoffs. Romo's defense is better this year, I'm not worried. They just need to cut down silly penalties and mistakes.
