Coolest (Non Hawkeye) Sports Venue You've Been To

  • Augusta National for the Masters. Absolutely nothing beats a spring day in Georgia.

Went to Scotland in 2011 and while they weren't playing the British Open while I was there, I played Carnoustie, Muirfield, Turnberry, Troon and the Old Course. Unbelievable experience.

  • Wrigley is awesome. I used to be a season ticketholder when I lived in Chicago and have been there probably 200 times. The Cubs ripped my heart out in 2003 (I was at every playoff game in Chicago and still have the World Series tickets) followed by their conduct in 2004 and I haven't been the same about baseball since. I have been to Fenway twice, it is a cool place, but not as cool as Wrigley for me.

My favorite baseball stadium (and I have been to a lot of them) is Camden Yards. But, probably the coolest sports venue I have been to is being able to see a Packers game in Lambeau. That was very, very cool. I was also blown away by my first trip to Talladega - it is huge!

Unless you live here, of course, then the Masters is a gigantic PITA.

    Arrowhead
    Kauffman
    Miller Park
    new Busch Stadium
    Target Field
    United Center

I loved watching Braves games at Target Field and Miller Park.

    Completely forgot about these.,..
Talladega Super Speedway - old but was very enjoyable experience
Illinois' football stadium - Turd hole
Allen Fieldhouse - was crazy for being an exhibition game
Jack Trice - turd hole when I was there.

I loved watching Braves games at Target Field and Miller Park.

Lambeau is really cool too. How loud was the shoe?

Arrowhead is really cool. Never been there but Kauffman is right next door. That's set up really neat for Kc fans.
