gotta love the "while your qualifications are quite impressive" bull[poop] letter
i guess another lesson on why i should never get excited after an interview...it's a lesson i have been taught in the past, but whatever.
Sorry to hear, Rob. Keep on pluggin', something will come up.
I have been thinking that for a better part of two years...
I wouldnt be so bummed, but i hate pulling into the parking lot of where i am currently at with every fiber of my being.
It really is why i call bs on people who think that those without jobs should be able to get one by going out to the job tree
It's tough out there. I'm always looking and I have pretty good experience. I'm making about half of what I'm qualified for. Have you gone the recruiter route? So many companies these days hire contractors instead of full time. It can be a good gig, it just doesn't provide benefits and you never know when they will cut your contract.

the awkward moment when you see the position you had a second interview for advertised in the paper a day after getting the "while your qualifications are quite impressive" letter.
does your incredibly negative attitude with life in general sometimes bleed through during the job interview? not trying to be a dick, it just seems like that could be a possibility.
Sorry, rob just keep trying.
Things will get better Rob, hang in there.
I'm all sun shines and rainbowz
I am gonna call and try to get some constructive feedback on momday
Been trying for the better part of two years.
I guess it is a good think I am not unemployed, there are some people out there that think it is easy to get a job and you are just lazy if you don't have one
I'm sorry Rob. It's a tough blow and you deserve better.
Sorry bro keep your chin up for real. I have been dealing with the same thing the last 3 years but only with my health 6 surgeries and 1 looming is hard mentally to deal with and while I can't give you anything overly amazing in words that may make you feel better I can say when I have been laid up on the couch only being able to walk from by bed to the couch to the bathroom then back to bed the only thing that kept me sane was for one you guys (and or other social media) and the fact that I have loving family and friends and some one always has it worse out there. It will come someday bro just keep good thoughts in your head and vent to us.
Gold medals aren't really made of gold. They're made of sweat, determination, and a hard-to-find alloy called guts.
somethings gotta give......it wouldn't bother me so much if there was much of anything i liked about the place i go to 5 days a week.
i got another resume sent off today, will probably fill out a few more apps in the next few days.
At least you try to make things better. My husband has hated his job for 11 years but never tries to change it.
