I don't know why but this really bothered me today. I pickup my kid for preschool and the teacher sounds like death. She should not have been there infecting all the other kids just spreading it even more. Don't they have sick days or something?
I do agree but she probably caught it from one of those kids. As long as she didn't have a fever the world doesn't stop for a cold.
I always hated the parents who forced their kids to go to school while sick.

My fiancee is a teacher and takes off at the slightest hint of sickness.

1), i would rather use my sick time as personal vacation days.
2). i love it when employers will encourage people to stay home when they are sick, but management has a cow when people actually do miss work and use sick time as it is intended.
