So for the past couple months I've really been wanting to ask this girl at work out for a drink. Problem is (besides being a pussy), we didn't work together and I rarely saw her, so I couldn't get any banter going with her outside of the occasional hi in passing. Today I got unexpectedly let go and I didn't see her to just put it out there before I left.
I know her name and found her on Facebook. Do I try that route? I mean, it's my only play and I have nothing to lose, besides self respect from being super creep, but I'm kind of ok with that. What say you?
First, sorry about the job. Second I think you should just try it. It could work and if it doesn't, who cares? You don't work there so you won't see her. I really don't think its that creepy either.
Really? I think it's extremely creeper. There's a small chance I could get called back to work there, but I'm not too worried about that.
No. You don't have to add her, just send her a message. If she doesn't reply then let it go but if she does you can go from there.
Its creepy, but only if she doesnt like you. If she doesnt like you, she'll be like "creepy stage 8 creeper that got fired tried to come on to me via facebook".... but if shes single and ready to mingle and thinks your cute, she'll be like "look at this cutie im going out on a date with, he and I worked together but he didnt want to make it awkward.... than he got let go so now we can bang like rabbits"
blue pill green pill or jail
No matter what, Im pulling for any poster that has the balls to have wahawks balls as their avatar

Oh, you can? I thought you had to be friends with them.
Fu is right it depends if she's into you or not if it is creepy. But no matter what you do if a girl isn't into you its going to seem creepy and if she is it will seem cute. Just the way it is so just try it.
I've gotten messages from people I wasn't friends with. My Facebook isn't super private though so maybe that makes a difference.
If you don't ask her out, you won't get a date. If you ask her out and she says no or doesn't respond, you don't have a date.
Therefore, no downside to asking her out.
Make it a noticeable and clever message however. Put some thought into it.
Need a pic to answer
Like a wienous pic?
Only one I could get, unfortunately because she has the most wonderful ass and taters I've seen in a while.
Wait. If I'm set to private and just send her a message, she can't see my pics, right? Then she might not know who I am.
She should be able to see your profile pictures.
Ask her out!!! What are you waiting for and why did you wait?
Perk, ......Perk, . . . ..Perk.....
I just didn't have the chance at work. I rarely saw her.
Ooh. What if I waited until kinda late on a Friday or Saturday night when she might be drinking? Then she might respond against her better judgement. Of course, then she might have remorse the next day and feel creepy herself so she drops it all together.
I'm going to ask this lady out. Her profile is very general, so it's difficult to target an interest in common. She does however speak French. My message will be in French - fully disclosing it came from Google Translate.
Think outside the box, man.
That's ok for you but I think perk really just needs a short message that seems confident and don't even say sorry if this is weird just act like its normal. Just say you've been wanting to ask her out but your no longer in the building and to let you know. Do not put too much into it.
Did you see her around the same time every day. Just show up to your old work at that time and just pass her in the hallway. Keep saying hi, and ask her for her number.
It's key to keep showing up at that time every day to say hi.
Look for a new job, and keep texting her.
Then once you find a new job tell her you quit because of a better opportunity and now that you don't work there, that it's now better to have more than just friendship as it doesn't interfere with work.
Never tell her the truth.
That could be an ok idea but she might just think you are drunk and not respond.
See this is also what I'm wondering. I was thinking of just saying that I know it's creepy, but it's my only way to get in touch with her because I didn't have a chance to in person. but you're saying the opposite, and you have a vajajay.
