Lucky. Mine was too when I was younger. I never reached 100 pounds till I was pregnant. Wish I still had that problem.

looks like I am downing the water like crazy.
tuesday and thursdays are my super busy days, so I am gonna hit the pavement and try and run on wed. (although there will be more walking than running...and my run is actually like a slow jog 5k in about 40 minutes last time i ran a lot...but i was up to 5 miles consistently)
and if I have no shame to get my fat belly posted, then it should be a piece of cake for everybody else.
so, i think what should happen in this thread is that once every month, post a pic.
if any updates that you feel is contributing to this process, post it (like, i will probably take a pic of my GPS to show my distance and time of my run/walk outing on wednesday).
I try and run for 20 minutes a night. I haven't lately. I started doing good with it in the fall then it got cold and I quit.
i have gone up and down. when i really started getting into it, i did the Especially for You run in downtown CR. was a cold october morning. the cold just effed with my lungs. next time i went out, i couldn't go halfway down the block without weezing and being short of breath. it didn't get better for a while, and I got out of the habit.
that spring, they had free registration at work for the Run the Flood race, and I was originally planning on doing the 2 mile, but i signed up for the 7 mile. so I started running 3 days a week. i never got to 7 miles (hit 5 a lot and 6) while preparing for it..but the day of the run, I did the whole 7 without walking. I was like one of the last ones to cross the line, but I made it across. I was so tired, and my body was so sore that I took a "break" from it and with a schedule change at work, shortly after...it was pretty easy to stay on brake.
Millah should get in this just because he started it all.
well, either we pick up some more people within the next day or all the lurkers and everybody else will just point and laugh at my soon to be gone buddha belly.

In the spirit of this...I'm gonna make a serious effort to lose some pounds with you guys. It probably won't be an exercising everyday thing with studying and whatnot, but I'm making a effort. Definately trying to eat a little better. I don't really drink pop and (unfortunately) not much beer now.
i also have to try to get more sleep. The test schedule sometimes doesn't favor my sleep schedule. But the lack of sleep causes me to take in lots of coffee, which results in elevated BP.
I'll try to throw some pics up tomorrow. I rock a flip phone so they're probably going to be myspace style mirror pics.
