I don't think I have ever honestly had one, maybe I will think of something to post in here, then we can bump this throughout the year to see how people are doing.

I think if I do one, it will be making sure I workout 5-6 days a week. Sometimes I'll go good and then I get busy and take a few days off just because it is easy to do so.
Don't think I've ever done one. I might start eating more fried food. That sounds like a good one.

That's not really possible for me, so I'll just have to eat worse.
Guess I will try and get my running back up. 5 times a week.
My resolution is finding a gig on first shift.
Not really digging the new gig.....but we will see how it pans out when we get these holiday weeks behind us

Well, I need to step away from the bottle for a while.
I don't think anyone blames you for not starting that on January 1st.
Despite working out 2-3 times a week I've been gaining weight. I'm thinking since it's winter I've been lifting more so some of it is muscle weight, but I'm positive that's just wishful thinking.
So my resolution is to keep not drinking pop (which I haven't had in over an entire year), and to count calories for an entire month.
I'm going to try and swear less.
Finish a tube of Chapstick. Seriously, you can't do it.
I do it all the time. I'm a chapstick fiend.
I am going to work out 5 times/week. Starting tomorrow.
The will is not here, the will is at my office next to the hot plate with the frayed wires.
