Biggest lab report of the year due Tuesday, book comparison paper due Wednesday, film review due Wednesday, Organic Chem test Wednesday, stats assignment due Wednesday, and a bio reading quiz due Thursday(?) something like that. And its not like I could even do any of this last week because I just had two tests last week too. College professors are dicks.
"I was brought in here to change the culture. I'm going to coach with passion" - Fran McCaffery.
I hate you
Gold medals aren't really made of gold. They're made of sweat, determination, and a hard-to-find alloy called guts.
Your best answer is to quit.
Yeah better go with this you loser
Enjoy college bro. That's all I'm gonna say.
"A good burn is like good sex. It's simple, to the point, and leaves your victim totally destroyed."--Kenny Drebsen
UI only hates college because he's never seen Animal House. Fat, drunk and stupid, is indeed the way to go through life.
I will once Thursday comes, I can't wait for the days following that. I'm going to Mac Miller's concert even though I don't like him on Thursday and then Kendrick Lamar's concert next Monday. I just hate all this damn work they put at the same time.
Lab reports always sucked. Fairly straightforward, but really long and tedious.
Book and film papers don't sound too bad, it's all BS anyway.
Organic Chem and Stats sucked.
Reading? Who the hell even bought the textbooks?
But I miss undergrad terribly. Here is my overall reaction:
Jeremy Walker likes men.
Lulz, Wolf. Why is the title of that youtube vid "Jeremy Walker likes men"?
I mean, it's not like you have to do all those projects. The only thing those grades impact is your grades, and grades are pretty overrated.
Also, how many classes are you taking?
I'm in 5 classes but one was online and only worth 1 credit and I finished that like the first day of class. So technically 4. I have stuff due for every class in a 2 day span. I think the only reason I'm so worried is because I'm at the cut off for an A in Organic (I have a solid A- but there are two tests left) and I'm boardline A-/B+ in the class with 2 papers due.
Yeah lab reports suck. Its really just repeating the damn handout and explaining why stuff happened. Just boring.
The papers are straight BS, as in I skimmed the books and I wasn't in class for the film so that's going to be written over someone else's notes.
Stats sucks a lot, orgo is alright.
Yeah, stupid biology department thinks that reading quizzes every week, clicker in class quizzes, and lab quizzes is something that needs to be done.
I had forgotten about the seemingly constant pressure of college until my wife and I were driving through Appalachan State campus one day and it all came back to me. The pressure was great but still college is a wonderful time of life.
Just decided that you'll do the best that you can, let the chips fall where they may. enjoy the ride.
College sure beats the real world! I am going to test that theory here real soon.
Life is hard. It's really hard if you're stupid.
Who is opening for Kendrick Lamar?
"When two beards cross paths, the larger beard has the right of way."
Chance the Rapper who I actually enjoy some. 10day was decent and Acid Rap comes out tomorrow.
Jw cause I know Bad Rabbits were touring with KL as of a few weeks ago, didn't know if they were still on tour.
You'll look back one day and realize your college days were some of the best days of your life. Probably not until you have your own kids and just about to send them to college themselves.
At that point to start to think to yourself, "man, I had it made . . . f***ing made."
Just some advice from an old guy who is sending his oldest off to Iowa next year.
Good luck on all your tests, papers and exams. We're waiting for you out here in the real world.

You should be thankful. When I was your age college hadn't been invented yet.
Im here with ya. Everything seems to be stacking up and having to get everything done all at once, even though your workload is a hell of a lot harder than mine.
Just finished my 2nd test in 4 days (also the 2nd all nighter in as many days). Only 4 more to go in the next week. Then I'll get a break for a week.
In undergrad, there was a kid who kept sighing loudly during an organic chem test. About 15 minutes into it, he just gave up and handed it in. Today, after Rheum/ortho, I now understand how he felt. My god that was awful. I'm just hoping I passed so I won't have to retake the test this summer (only 1 test in the entire 20 lecture class so you have to pass it).
i loved community college.
Dang thats rough. I feel you. Up until last night I had slept a total of about 15ish hours since Saturday. But, I'm starting my weekend after work this afternoon and its going until Tuesday morning.
In law school, the grade in EVERY class (other than writing and a couple of practical classes) was based on one exam at the end of the semester. You could say it was a little stressful.
