Hands down Old Yeller.
I never cried watching it. Where the red fern grows choked me up
The first was Old Yeller and I haven't been able to watch it again since way back when. The worst was Mel Gibson"s "We were Soldiers Once" wheree I cried almost from beginning to end. I had never been able to watch a Vietnam War movie prior to that one, no "Platoon", no Full Metal Jacket", no "Deer Hunter", no "Apocolypse Now" no nothing about the Vietnam War. Took my ex-wife and my son with me. I cried so much my son wanted to call an ambulance for me. It was a Cathartic event and since then I have been able to watch a couple of other movies with that subject matter. Something inside me had to get out and it finally did.
First movie = E.T. in the theatre,
Man, I don't remember the first, but I cry all the time at movies. I am just an emotional guy.
Life is hard. It's really hard if you're stupid.
I can get a bit teary eyed at sad movies when i go alone, which is most of the time. But, I will NOT go see Le Mis because I have seen it twice on the stage and I think it is one of the best musicals ever...but the end is so sad, I cannot bear it. I am sure the movie will be outstanding and I have been so tempted, but at this point, no way.
Nope, it's true.
I am here for ya brother cry away
Not sure about first movie but I do remember crying my eyes out during Radio.
"I was brought in here to change the culture. I'm going to coach with passion" - Fran McCaffery.
Yeah that was a sadish movie.
