Which would you choose?
This is a tough one. I used to think drowning would be the worst way to go, but I think burning would be worse.
Drown I think fire would be painful but at some point in time your body would go into shock
Gold medals aren't really made of gold. They're made of sweat, determination, and a hard-to-find alloy called guts.
on one side, you are freakin' burning. i would imagine that it would take long before all your nerves were fried and you wouldn't feel a thing.
on the other side you are drowning...you so desperately want to take a breath but you can't and all you see around you is water and you know you aren't gonna get out of it.
you might as well add stoning to the list
Depends how hot the fire is. If I'm flying a space ship to the sun, and it's not at night, and the ship is going slow....I duno. If I'm falling into a vat of molten metal- ok I'll take that.
I don't think it will be night if you're flying into the sun and it probably won't make a *^$# of a difference!
so, are you saying that there isn't a switch that shuts the sun off at night?
I know two people who have experienced major (50%+) burn injuries and I can categorically state for the record that burning is NOT the way to go. OTOH, I read reports that say drowning is actually peaceful.
But the way I really want to go out is to live to be 100 and then get shot by a jealous husband.
Life is hard. It's really hard if you're stupid.
after the first big gulp, you will pass out before death takes over
For animals, the entire universe has been neatly divided into things to
(a) mate with
(c) run away from
I honestly don't think I can answer, I guess drowning, but that would be awful as well
