I think I prefer it over drinking out. I have fun until bed time. I live far away from my bff so when I drink with him I stay over. I miss my own bed. Most of girlfriends live in CF so I don't usually drink when we hang out because I can't sleep. At least here I can sleep it just isn't as good. Anybody else rather drink at home?
I actually prefer it nowadays. Cheaper and safer.
I have preferred it for years. It's too expensive to drink in a bar and too risky to get picked up for OWI, unless you have a DD or are taking a cab. That's why I have worked hard over the years to get my mancave just the way I like it. With a generally well stocked bar I have done alot of entertaining over the years.
I dont like drinking at home. I dont drink much at home. Its way more fun to go out...
I like being out. I just don't like staying over at friends houses. Usually I don't drink when I go out because I drive. If my husband is with me usually he drinks. When I do go to the local bar I have fun and can walk home. I think I was just regretting it last night because I wanted my own bed.
yeah at home or in someones home. Alot safer and you can crash if you get too smashed.
Maybe cause I'm not married and 26 i still prefer going to the sports bar and hanging with friends granted we always have a DD

I don't remember the last time I drank at a bar. The only times I like the bar is in the middle of the day and I don't have to worry about driving. I'd love to live in a walking city at some point in my life.
Can't afford a DUI, plus going out gets old.

When I was in my 20's I was into the clubbing scene. As I got older I gravitated to the neighborhood taverns. An OWI in 86 caused me to think better of drinking and driving. For many years there has been a bar within walking distance of my house, but it closed recently. Didn't matter to me though, because I primarily party downstairs in my own bar now. I do go to the bar with the g/f from time to time, but I'm mostly a home body or private party kind of guy.
I'm drinking in the basement right now. Playing online poker. Listening to some tunes. Love this stuff.
I will join you for home drinking, my homie honda.
hells yeah perk. I drove by ur ole stompin grounds the other day...
Just finished a drink, but I'll have another.

My folks house? I have blurred memories of that night.
I assumed you were in the backwoods drinking whiskey and hammering on the banjo. By the looks of things you were showing off the smoking skillz in Tejas. Good looking meal, Perk-daddy
Upvoted you since you always have a DD. God job bro.
I live alone, but still prefer to drink here rather than out in a bar. When I travel to IC for games, I may stop in post game for max of 4 pints, but more typically, 3, within a couple of hours. Usually follow up with a pizza at Pagliai's before I get behind the wheel, so I feel pretty safe. Generally speaking, I really worry about getting a DUI. Never had one. Big deterent: If I do get a DUI, I would not be able to get into Canada for 5 years...would be about the end of my fishing habit. Not an option.
So your bff is a guy? And when you drink with him you sleep over?
Ever try and get him to switch teams?
