Nice, that's the way to do it. I almost ordered through amazon, but I hadn't actually bought myself a book in years and didn't remember what all the sizes meant so I just drove to Barnes and Noble. I'll be ordering all the rest, though. I'll just wait until I'm like 100 pages away and get the cheapest shipping. Hopefully that times it well.

I bought mine on the nook, and it comes together as 4600 some odd pages. Although I can go to the contents and pick where I want to go if I needed to. But it makes me feel like I am never going to get to the end when I see 900 of 4665 or whatever it is

I haven't read through this thread because I don't like smart threads, but has anybody read this? My dad sent it to me recently. Problem is, it's like 900 pages and I'm kinda dumb and have a short attention span.

A friend of my just gave me the "Rivals" bok about Lincoln. I know the story and most of the cast of characters from previous readings but I have now shoved that book to the front of the list. About half way through "Dakota Dawn", Ancient commanders and leader" (short bios on folks like Hannibal, Scipio Afracanus, Caesar, Xerxes, etc), "American Emperor" (about Aaron Burr and his efforts to create his own empire in the west after he was done being Jefferson's VP), and several others I have scattered around. Got a couple of Novels I am interested in but they will wait at least until I have finished "Team of Rivals".
I LOVE reading and always have. Only one or two things top reading in my book.

Just finished watching season 1 of Game of Thrones, pretty well done, followed the book about as close I think it could have.
I haven't read book two since Monday when we had a snow day, did some damage on that day. Need to get it going this week, so next weekend I can start watching season 2.

I didn't read the books, but watched a few of the TV show. I just can't get into fantasy for some reason.

Wow, you might be all caught up by season 3! I actually don't have HBO right now, so I couldn't watch it if I caught up. But I'm moving places in August so I'll definitely catch up with the show and books over the summer.
