Best NON big budget movies of all time in your opinion

The Usual Suspects
6 million budget
Grossed 23 million but it is an absolutely fantastic movie.
Along the same lines, Reservoir Dogs didn't make much at the Box Office but only had a 1.2 million dollar budget and has a great following and was a terrific movie.

Not sure if this will count since its an older movie but COCKTAIL is my all time favorite movie. It only had a budget of $11 million, but that might have been a lot in 1988. I own 2 copies of it on DVD.
