I don't think everyone is the same. I know a lot of people who are on there way out by 25 but some that are in really good shape in there 30s especially women seem to get soft between 25-35 (maybe focused on family those years) but as they get closer to 40 they start caring more and eating and living better. So I don't know.

I felt more vibrant at 25 then i do at 26 so i must be declining

I think my dad was pretty fit until the 30s or so. Then metabolism finally caught up to him. I'm expecting the same.
