  • I don't think anything is weird about it. At it's best you can talk about current events or random crap. See some funny pics, gifs, or videos. I really like the format when you have a bunch of cool people posting like we do here. I guess you can do that at some other sites. But I like talking to other Iowa fans and college football/sports fans. Even if they suck like McLovin digging the Lakers.

    Best hair yes. Weird, no. I'm a pimp, and I'm really blessing you with my presence on this board. You should hope to find your self lucky to meet a normal sane person like me

    Weird award goes to Maury though hands down. I give three reasons why.
    1.) Lets all post naked thread
    2.) Asked for someone to help him gangbang titscrew the three breasted check from total recall
    3.) Thinks the NFL consists of the Cowboys & the Cowboys

    Message boards seem to be more anonymous. Other sites you are more likely to know most of the people you interact with. I know some people seem to know others here. So maybe this isn't the "typical" message board.

    No, I don't think it is the typical message board. Just like any party, it's the people that make the difference. Good people and you will have a good party/message board. Assholes, and you will have a bad party/message board. shrug

  • I dont think posting on a message board is weird. Its the world we live in. Most people use technology to fill free time. I consider posting on a message board more productive than: sending short and useless texts to the same friend over and over, searching TMZ or MTV, farmville, checking fb or twitter every 5 mins, etc.

    I'll give you an example of weird. Went on a trip this wk end with a buddy. 12 hr drive each way. Hour into the trip we have run out of convo and I plug in my ipod. First song that plays is Ice Cube-Good Day. Im loving it and my buddy says "this sucks, change it". I ask him what he wants to listen he says he doesnt care. Ask him what he listens to and he says nothing. I ask how about on a long trip and he says he sits in silence. Now thats FING WEIRD. I switched the balance to my side and jammed whatever I wanted after that.
