  • Thanks for the heads up. They have a new album out in Jan. I always want to go when they tour but never do. Chicago seems pretty far to go. I see they are playing in Minneapolis at some place called First Avenue. I don't know I will probably be lame and not go.......again. I can't believe I have never been to one of their shows. I really need to get off my censored and go.

  • ok, i was throwing it out there,,,,,if you are closer to Minny than Chicago, that is another option (i guess it is splitting hairs for me because it is a pretty equal drive)

    I have been to First Avenue once...but I do not recall if the show i was at was actually in First Avenue, or the 7th Street Entry (if i recall, they are connected or in the same building). it is a pretty decent place, and they get some decent shows.
