Someone on HI has a recent thread stating that Flemming will start out as WR. Just a rumor for now but I could see that happening since Davis has said he'd like more speed.
Once K. Davis is gone we are going to need some younger talented kids to step up. KMM may have the slot on lock up but a true 1 & 2 outside receiver is going to need to emerge. Smith, Mabin, & Flemming could be that answer

I think this will be the biggest adjustment for Davis coming from Texas to Iowa. There is so much speed at the skill positions at the high school level down here. There might be more fast kids in Texas than in the whole midwest. I agree the Hawks need more speed (and have needed it for awhile), but I think Davis will also have to get used to having a little less speed.
