Venkus plays the run well, but he is really going to have to work on his burst off the line rushing the passer. He tends to stand straight up... at times he shows good speed chasing down a runner, but just doesn't show it while getting after the qb.

Morgan is going to be a very good safety in the big 10...he is really good at shedding blocks and making the tackle. Damn good film for a sophomore!

My bad, not sure why I forgot he's going to be a safety at Iowa. TOS has him listed as a corner, so that may be why.
Iowa does seem to have a really good eye for talent.

His time was updated to 4.47 in the 40 by TOS. His Dad, Bruce Kettle, did coach at Iowa but now is at Oklahoma.

He's definitely explosive and has outstanding footwork, and he's obsessed with getting better. Always like to land a player that's a football junkie like Kenney is. I have a ton of respect for the Iowa coaches in the way they'll take undersized recruits. WAY too many colleges and NFL teams out there get carried away with a kid's height, weight, arm length, 40 time, etc. It's all about the tape, and if the kid can play, I'll take him over a kid that's two inches taller.
