It's quite possible that if Hermann truly is the new DC than he's either being looked at as replacing Phil Parker after he inevitably leaves for a DC spot next year. It's also more than possible that Darrell Wilson will replace Phil Parker as DB Coach and Hermann is allowed to continue working with LB's in the same scenario. FWIW, I don't think Darrell Wilson leaves next year, I think he stays around for another 3-5 and possibly longer if it looks like Hermann may be looking for another higher profile job of his own. I'm not happy about Phil Parker leaving though as I think he would help reaffirm the stability of our staff as there will be no way around people knowing he's gone he is passed over for the job, not to mention he's had plenty of time playing and coaching under one of the greatest DC's of all-time in Norm Parker, I think wherever he goes to he'll be highly regarded and will likely have a ton of success. Hopefully he doesn't go to another B1G school.
