  • Good insight Todd. Can't overlook the point that we did all that without our starting PG too.

And dammit, Aaron White needs to learn to gun pancake!

I found the commentator's chatter about Fran's weak OOC scheduling interesting. They seemed to think that it made sense to "learn to win" as there would be plenty of opportunities for marquee wins in conference. What they all seem to fail to understand is that soft OOC is what's kept them from being able to close out the tough road games in conference. Minnesota and Illinois, I think we are certainly on par with, will get into the NCAA's for sure by playing that tough OOC and having a lot more marquee wins because of it. I know next year the OOC will be better, mainly cuz it can't be worse. The NY tourney their playing with Syracuse, Cal and Texas is a step in the right direction. The Great Alaska Shoot-Out is iffy...they haven't had any marquee teams there in years. Maybe next year it will. But at least its away from home, which is gonna be good for the team.

Gold medals aren't really made of gold. They're made of sweat, determination, and a hard-to-find alloy called guts.

Have these NY and Alaska dates been announced yet?

Question about Utoff. I know that a lot of people are excited about Jok's potetntial as a scorer, but what kind of a player is Utoff. Is he a shooter, a driver, a banger, or just all around good player?
    Thanks

IIRC the scouting report on him is that he has a similar body to Aaron White with a more developed half court offensive game, especially from the outside.
