Nebraska. The further they get from there last national championship, the better they get as a whole, but a very arrogant fan base overall. None more loyal, but arrogant none the less.

I have also noticed that the farther away that you get away from Omaha and Lincoln the better the odds of finding a decent Nebraska fan just my observation.

Northwestern and Minnesota have seemed obnoxious lately too, but i guess when you have success recently compared to futility for such a long stretch you should celebrate while you can.

Not to mention their fan base is about as arrogant as can be. And not to forget also, they always seem to start the year rated in the Top 25, even though we all know by week 2 they're going to be out.

But yeah, the only times in my life I have rooted FOR Tosu, is when they play Notre Dame. With that being said...

1. Nebraska-I've heard the alums aren't too bad, but I grew up in Sioux City around the arrogant bandwagoners of the 90s.
2. Iowas State.
3. Notre Dame

I went to the Iowa MSU game last year and had a good experience with their fans even they were pissed at their team for faking injuries to stop our hurry up. But I do hate their coach more than any other in the B1G
