McNutt with a good chance to move up the Depth chart

Saw that Riley Cooper broke his collar bone. Cooper would be the WR that McNutt would compete for the most snaps with in practice. Lets hope he capitalizes on this opportunity and earns more snaps on Sundays. I think having McNutt as a NFL receiver will help change the perception that Iowa cant put receivers in the NFL

Completely agree with you. The more successful McNutt is in the NFL, the more it'll help Iowa on the recruiting trail.

he's adjusting much better in camp than he did in the spring. Starting to get his timing down and showing what he can do. Best of luck to Marvin and my Birds.

I'm somewhat leery of transferring website content, as I'm not all that familiar with the rules....but I'll tell ya McNutt has been among the talk of early camp @ Lehigh. He was interviewed, and comes off as a total class act. Very complimentary of all of you Iowa folk as well as the support he received from the fans while playing there.
You should also know that he's announced his engagement to his fiance. Vows to be exchanged 3/14. Congrats to both.
My Eagles landed a good one, just hope he can stay healthy long enough to factor at the NFL level.

McNutt and Cooper are the same build. So, it's good timing for McNutt to capitalize on his competition's absence.
...it's amazing that4.5 speed is considered slow these days.

Except when he plays Dallas. Seriously I don't like him being in the same division as my NFL team. I love cheering for Hawks in the NFL. It was so much easier when they all played for The Colts in the other conference.
