It depends how it happened. If it was coordinated in any way by the school, then yes. But if it was truly coincidental that he happened to show up, then there's nothing wrong with it.

Nothing will come of it. When Harrison Barnes was taking his OV to UNC, it corresponded with the weekend of an "alumni" game on campus, so Barnes got to meet Michael Jordan, Vince Carter, and others. Barnes wrote about it in an online diary he did, the NCAA knew about it, and the NCAA did nothing, even though it was clearly arranged by the school that he take his OV at a time when he could meet all those guys. This kind of thing happens all the time, and the NCAA punishes no one for it.

This situation was exactly what came up in my mind when I read the topic title.
Apparently, not only did he meet them, but the story is that they, as a group, drove him around in a limo. That certainly sounds as if it was a little more than a simple chance encounter. I can't believe the NCAA let that go, but, then again, it is the Tar Heels (OK, that's a cheap shot, but perhaps I'm a little scorned that Roy Williams keeps raping the state of Iowa for our best talent).
That said, I don't know how in the world the NCAA could police these situations with any consistency.
