Sweet...watched his video earlier today, and was very impressed. A little curious though if he's a S or a CB? His value in the return game will be a great asset down the road.

Todd, I heard that Malik actually committed to some Iowa coaches on Tuesday, but was waiting until visiting today to tell Kirk Ferentz in person. Bet it makes you even happier that you wrote that article on him last night, only to find out he committed today!

Nice pick up! The kid doesn't shy away from contact. I think he'll be another Spievey (sizewise and run supporter =). He's even more ahead of Spievey at this stage even. He said schools recruiting him as CB but he can play both like Spievey and Hyde. Surprised Neb and Wis didn't offer. I think his dad and brother played at Neb.

Looks to have good speed, quickness. and aggressive physicality.
May return punts and kicks, also, it would seem.

I really like Rucker and am thrilled we got him. We still seem to have a lot of offers out to DB's. Curious as to how many more we actually take, though. I just think we have more pressing needs on the lines, at RB, and WR. I know the class is probably only half done, just wonder how many more we take.
