Not that familiar with how many sites and moderators there are nationwide, but who is the pack leader with the most posts among you? Anyone who is the hands-down leader and will never, ever be touched as long as he is alive? Are these stats even kept? Is it one of the performance measures of each moderator and site? Maybe there is even some die-hard fan out there with even more posts than any moderator.
How long has the 247sports machine been around? How many different sites?
Just curious- this off-season lull is a real downer and makes the mind wander.
Without really looking around I would guess Oak would be up there.
I'm not sure exactly but this Iowa site has been around 2 years this last April 1. Other sites were on 247 before that I believe a few months before that. I would guess 247 to be 2 1/2 to 3 years old or so, that's my educated guess anyways. And not sure you know but you can click 247 teams in the upper right corner and it brings up all of the 247 team sites.
Yep, 247Sports launched in August of 2010. Our site launched in early April of 2011. You can find a list of all sites affiliated with 247sports at 247sports.com.
The two that come to mind are "tired" and "BBucksorBeGone8" who are both from the Ohio State site. I think one or both are mods there, but I'm not 100% sure. tired has more than 56,000 posts, and BB has more than 43K. If neither one of them is a mod, then I would guess that it's Aussie, who I know is a mod on tBB. He has almost 39K posts.
Among staff, Todd W might actually have the most with almost 23K. I just checked, and he is just ahead of JC Shurburtt from the national site and Chris Walsh from BamaOnLine. There might be a staff person from another site with more than those three guys have, but I can't think of who it would be.
Just double checked a couple of other spots, and Jeff Howe from the Texas site actually out paces Todd with more than 25K posts, and Gerry Hamilton from the Texas site and the national site has more than 29K.

I haven't paid a ton of attention to post counts of other staff members, but keep in mind that some sites launched way before ours, and some launched after ours, so that will probably have an impact on it.
All interesting info, guys! Thanks.
We will all be rooting for you, Todd, hoping you pull ahead of Howe. Anly down by about 2,000. Type fast, type often!
It's not a race or a competition, but thanks for your support!
I'm pretty sure (really)tired is a mod on tBB and has the most posts on the whole network. Among staff, probably Gerry Hamilton who does a lot of different things.
Tired does work with posting.
mkillian247 on twitter..... I say a lot of stuff you wont care about.
