Are done with their careers as Hawkeyes. Too bad, I hope the can get their health all squared away.
Gold medals aren't really made of gold. They're made of sweat, determination, and a hard-to-find alloy called guts.
Brad is going to hurt, no fullback is big deal
Agreed. I think many people underestimate his contribution to our running game. However, if we are trying to move to a more shotgun style of offense with Greg Davis, maybe the fullback days are numbers.
Best of luck to the both of them.
Actually, I think that the Greg Davis scheme is supposedly more often going to go with a one back set.
And it's kind of like Derek Rose on the Bulls, if he can't get healthy, then it's time to move on.
'Texan by birth, Hawkeye by the Grace of God'
It does if they run the same O we used to, or they can go with a hybrid set with Weisman and whoever else. And Poggi I always had high hopes for but it just wasn't to be
I like Brad. He's a good player. He will be missed. Good luck in future we'll miss you.
Thank you I like you too AZ
You always need a fullback, maybe not on every down or scheme. If we can hand out a scholarship to a pooch punter we should probably recruit one fullback
I seen the writing on the wall with Poggi for a while now....since the rhabdo incident.
Good luck to both of them, they'll always be Hawkeyes.
