Anyone sign with anyone yet? I've been looking around and haven't seen any yet.
Vandenberg to the Vikings. No news on others yet.
Vandy to Minnesota

Oh man I bet Brad loves that move.
"I was brought in here to change the culture. I'm going to coach with passion" - Fran McCaffery.
Tobin to the Eagles....
First reports had JVB going to the Cowboys...wouldn't that be perfect end for the crappy draft they had...LOL
Every year we see undrafted free agents make an impact. Texans running back Arian Foster, Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo and the Patriots Wes Welker have been very good NFL players despite going undrafted.

Gold medals aren't really made of gold. They're made of sweat, determination, and a hard-to-find alloy called guts.
Man that would have been sweet. I would love a Hawkeye on the Dallas Cowboy's roster finally. And Orton only has 2 years left on his deal. Give JVB a couple years to develop then him a chance to back up Romo. I hope he makes the most of his shot, wish him nothing but the best, even if it is with the crappy Vikings.
Wouldn't it be something if he was awesome in the NFL. I mean it won't happen but it would be funny and I would have to eat crow til I puked
I really don't think it's that crazy. It could happen but I often try and look on the positive side of things in case you haven't noticed that yet. You never know exactly what is going to happen when it comes to sports. I'm not saying it will but you never know.
Keenan to Cleveland....
He may have a decent shot there
With their WRs yeah. Hell, I have a shot there.
No word on young Ferentz yet?
Decent shot for Keenan. JVB is one of 5 QBs in camp. Maybe they'll just keep Ponder, Cassel and him. Webb is on his way out. They'll need money for their 3 1st round picks.
Tobin will compete with Vandervelde. Interesting to see them adjusting to the new O system there with Kelly. (And will McNutt fit in there as well?)
Good luck gents.

I like Gordon. I think they have a potential superstar there.
I don't think people are giving the Cowboys draft enough credit. Sure, I thought it could have been better and I didn't like trading out of the 18th spot and only getting a 3rd rounder in return because they should have gotten more to drop 13 spots in the first round. But they filled some needs. They filled their need at Center( Dallas had 6 different people snap the ball at center last year), they got a very good receiving TE to go along side an aging Jason Witten. They took a playmaking WR(Dallas's depth at WR is not good. Especially on the outside. Not alot going on after Bryant and Austin and Miles tend to get injured) They drafting a safety, corner, RB and OLB. It's tough to have a great draft with only 7 picks. I wish they could have gone after a tackle to replace the horrible Doug Free, and possibly a dlineman or ILB, but you can't have it all. The cowboys defense had some big holes to fill.
I give the draft grade a B-
They could be counting on signing a guy like Eric Winston and that's why they didn't draft another offensive lineman. But then they would have to cut Free and I know how much most Dallas fans would hate that.
The Cowboys have been linked to free agent right tackle Eric Winston for a while now without much movement toward actually signing the veteran to a contract.
Gaglione to the Vikings
You're very generous with your take on Jerry's draft. To practically give away the 18th pick for 13 spots and a 3rd rounder, and then over draft a 3rd round talent was the "highlight" this year of how JJ is ruining his franchise. The 18th pick should've been used on S Eric Reid, who was picked by the 49ers...but it was traded for the 31st pick, who should've been S Matt Elam and who was picked 32nd.
The only pick I really thought they got value was RB Joseph Randle in the 5th. Everything else were real head scratchers. Wilcox and Webb, small school guys who are more project than ready made starters. Williams and Escobar are good players, but they are positions that were not "needs".
I think you hit right on the head, OL and DL is what they should've been getting, and this draft was loaded with both.
Makes me think of how the '09 draft went for the Cowboys...12 picks, 2 currently on roster, 2 with other teams and 8 not even in the league anymore.
Jerry Jones has got to keep his hands off the Cowboy's drafts. He is killing his own franchise.
And it looks like you are being pretty hard on Jerry for it only be a day after the draft ended. And I still think people blame Jerry too much. Yes he has the final say but he is not making picks his coaching staff aren't happy with. I actually saw somewhere Frederick is the type of player Garrett wants more of smart, hard working, accountable. And Jerry made sure to ask the coaches if they take a tight end in the second they have to actually utilize that unlike in the past with like a Bennett. Everyone was on board with the pick. It wasn't Jerry making crazy Al Davis picks. Give them some time to see how they actually play on the field and how they use the players. Edit= and I get the value thing but that doesn't bother me as much they got a player they needed. Who knows if he would have been there in the 2nd or 3rd round. Yes the safeties aren't great but Center was worse IMO.
The Dallas Cowboys drafted their third second-round tight end since 2006 by taking Gavin Escobar on Friday. Owner/general manager Jerry Jones wants the offense to feature the 6-foot-6 receiver.

The interesting thing about the Cowboys this year is that they drafted a 3rd round talent in the 1st round and a 1st round talent in the 3rd round. I think the picks of Frederick and Williams pretty much even out.
Heard James Ferentz signed with miami.
I see James taking the Brian Ferentz route of sticking in the league for a few years then turning to coaching. I don't think he comes back and coaches for the Hawks right away Kirk will pull a string and set him up with a nice job elsewhere.
