Father left Iu to be d line coach at Indiana st coaches best be on the horn come on John work your magic
If I'm KF I'm pulling a Meyer, showing up in my private plane with the whole coaching staff. We need DE's like Lohan needs birth control
As much as it would be nice to put Indiana back in its place, I think it would be dumb for us to go back after him and even if we did, I don't think it would happen. He already got 3 or whatever other top prospects to commit to Indiana and he's not going to leave to do the right thing. I just wish the coaches went after Obasih, he got upgraded from 91 to 93 grade today.

"all my iowa boys tell @BasedObama to come back home!!!"

I completely agree about Obasih, we should be camping in his front yard.
I also agree about Kenney, though I think a lot depends upon the circumstances of his father leaving. If there was any behind-the-scenes animosity or hard feelings, I think we would have a legitimate shot. If not, then it's highly unlikely he would flip for a second time.
On a side note, for what it's worth, word "on the street" is that Iowa may be back in the mix for Dunbar. Don't remember where I saw it exactly, but apparently he told a friend that Iowa was one of the schools he was looking at, so it is just hearsay.
I think Iowa should at least gauge Kenney's interest in coming back into the fold.
I hope I can get Todd to confirm but it DOES sound like Iowa is in the mix and someone is going to his house tonight, I would guess Johnson
I asked in the thread about Johnson being in Indiana recruiting right now if Kenney would be getting a visit and he hasnt gotten back to me
I know Rob Howe is nowhere near Todd's level but he tweeted that Iowa is back in play for him. FWIW.
"I was brought in here to change the culture. I'm going to coach with passion" - Fran McCaffery.
Maybe Todd is having supper with him and is going to come on and post a pic of him and Kenney in a Hawkeye hat and a middle finger pointing at an IU picture. that would be awesome
I'm pretty sure you heard the Dunbar thing here, IIRC it does list us as warm I think on Dunbar's profile here.
You are correct.
All I'm going to say is I'll believe it when I see it. Otherwise it's all pure speculation.
Right now, speculation is better then nothing.
the more I hear about this kid.........the less I like his father. Absolutely disgraceful to do this to your kid.
Hoping to have more from Kenney soon. You guys will be the first to know once I hear something.
The only thing I can say in our favor is his dad did want him here until he got hired and IU and J.K and him are best friends and Rucker is pretty tight too and I know these guys are on him hard, I am crossing my fingers and no matter what happens, THIS IS WHY I LOVE RECRUITING TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is going to be very interesting from now till signing day
And this is why I love you
Todd was Kenney not the kid that said you were the best there is and the coolest reporter in the whole wide world?
His dad sold his sons commitment for a job he left after 6 months, his son allowed his commitment to be bought by a school giving his dad a job. I think very little of both of them ethically and they can stay in Indiana for all I care. I'd rather have Obasih than Kenney, everyone may have their price for certain things, and apparently they set the bar pretty low.
To say the least!
I'd love you back, but you're always plotting to destroy my knees.
Something along those lines, yes.
I think you're going a little overboard in your characterization of Kenney.
Pride comes before the fall
