OK, my full column is coming later today. Here are my picks for the Big Ten tournament:
Big Ten Tournament Schedule
I don't really know enough about Basketball to break anything down.
Gold medals aren't really made of gold. They're made of sweat, determination, and a hard-to-find alloy called guts.
I really can't disagree with anything there. As much as I want to see Iowa beat MSU, I don't think they will.
"I was brought in here to change the culture. I'm going to coach with passion" - Fran McCaffery.
I think they will. MSU plays like garbage in the BTT
all, perfectly reasonable. anticipating some close games is almost surely right. let's hope that a few of those nailbiters tilt the other way-- making the outcome less reasonable.
Starting with the all the tourney championship games, this is NOT March Madness, it is March CRAZINESS!! So many GREAT finishes for both the favored and the underdogs. The Minnesota/Illinois game was a great one to watch.
So many of these games come down to the last dribble, foul call, and shot. What a great time of year for the BB fan!
Let's hope all those dribbles, foul calls, and shots all go in favor of the Hawks.
I agree - it's a great time of the year for college basketball, and should only get more exciting from here on out.
